Manager Blowers Rotary Steel

Location : Haresamudram

Experience : 12 to 14 Years

Skill Set required

  • Strong Knowledge in Troubleshooting Rotary equipment Startup Shutdown Procedures Overhauling methods Alignment Techniques Bearing inspection and rectification methods.
  • Strong understanding of Operation and Maintenance of Axial Blower Turbo Blower Series Blowers Fans Vacuum pumps Screw compressors Reciprocating compressors...
  • Proficiency in Process Control Systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Knowledge in SAP.
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure and solve problems effectively
  • Excellent leadership communication and Interpersonal skills.

Broad Roles / Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policy.
  • Lead Train and develop plant staff.
  • Ensure a continuous supply of combustion air as per customer requirements.
  • Operate equipment like Blowers compressors boosters Driers Vacuum pumps Valves etc.
  • Monitoring equipment performance and make adjustment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assures and Optimize maintenance practices and procedures to achieve costeffective results including scheduling of resources proper training and highquality execution with focus on safety availability & reliability.
  • Leads execution of planned and unplanned shutdowns including job plan cortical path schedule tracking and high quality execution.
  • Continuous improvement in maintenance methods and procedures reducing MTTR and improving MTBF.
  • Conduct RCA of failures and observation for improvements and rectification.
  • Adopt best engineering practices systems and procedures in operation maintenance and Upkeep of plant.
  • Ensure effective preventive maintenance and condition based maintenance.
  • Preparation of scope of work and SMP as per OEM recommendations.
  • Maintain records of equipment performance and maintenance activities.
