Marketing Manager (Code : IN107)
VisaPro Marketing Manager will :
- Create & implement the company's overall marketing strategy and develop a comprehensive marketing plan for VisaPro services
- Responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, training and managing all marketing and research functions to achieve the company objectives of sales, growth and profitability
- Monitor, investigate, and analyze competitive products, technical innovations, market trends and buying habits
- Prepare and analyze financial and statistical data to make informed decisions and drive success
- Lead the organization in strategically mapping out the sales growth of the business
- Lead and manage marketing initiatives (direct mail, email, online, etc.)
- Manage the VisaPro brand
- Provide, manage, and review budget and financial information to meet commitment
- Prepare appropriate reports (competitive analysis, sales forecasts, promotional plan, short and long-range marketing objectives, strategy, projections, etc.)
- Measure and evaluate online and off-line advertising performance to determine effectiveness
The ideal candidate should possess :
Minimum 4-6 years of marketing experienceExperience in marketing management, marketing & sales operationsPrior experience with online marketing, direct marketing, product management, brand management, relationship management, & direct salesAbility to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendationsExtensive B2B and B2C marketing experienceMust be self-motivated, with a high energy level that will take initiative, make appropriate decisions and proposals, follow through and accomplish multiple tasks with a sense of vision, detail, commitment, priority and urgencyLocation : Hyderabad, India
