Job Description
We are looking for smart, energetic, and dedicated candidates with 1-3 years of experience to join our team as Insurance Process Associates. In this role, you will support our insurance back-office operations by efficiently handling various tasks and ensuring smooth process execution.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in insurance-related processes, including data entry, claims processing, certificates, policy checking, preparing quotes, and other tasks.
- Experience working with Agency Management Systems like AMS360, Applied EPIC, Saggita, Ezlynx, Hawsoft, Rating Applications, and other software applications is a plus.
- Handle client queries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet service targets and deadlines.
- Manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Provide high-quality customer service, ensuring a positive client experience.
Requirements
