Role & responsibilities
Long-term planning and strategizing of our positioning in the market against competition across the globe including creating / identifying new development opportunities
- Identifying and meeting Federation, Milk Unions, Corporate Customers and Channel Partners, as applicable, across the globe
- Facilitating the introduction of our products at the policy level of apex federations / government including exploring possibilities of channelizing funded projects to our business advantage
- Establishing Sales Target across the globe based on the existing business, competition and new opportunities in line with the corporate sales planning / mission and budgeting for the expenses for sales and marketing activities
- Providing offers as may be required & following up to enable closure of sales including negotiations as necessary and ensure conversion ratio
- Monitoring performance on all activities of the various verticals across the globe by ensuring that their targets are being met and / exceeded during the period.
- Recruitment, selection, mentoring and performance appraisals of the personnel assigned in the various business verticals
- Reviewing Performance on Collections and / Receivables and minimising bad debts
- Entry and Analysis in CRM / BTS on a regular basis
