Lead Technical Recruiter

SPECTRAFORCE is hiring for a hands-on Lead Recruiter / Team Lead to drive hiring for high-tech roles. The ideal candidate will be actively involved in recruiting top talent for cutting-edge technologies.

Key Requirements :

• Strong IT recruitment experience, particularly in Computer Vision, Firmware, Embedded Systems, SoC, CPU / GPU, ASIC, FPGAs, RTL, AR / VR, AI / ML, Deep Learning, and Hardware Design roles – the broader the expertise, the better!
• IT education background
• Excellent communication skills
• Prior experience recruiting for high-tech companies with a similar skill set

Location : Mohali

Work Shift : MST / PST (Night Shifts)
