Principal Software Engineer - IT

What you’ll achieve

As a Principal Software Engineer , you will deliver products and improvements for a changing world. Working at the cutting edge, you will craft and develop software for private cloud (Kubernetes) platforms leveraging most sophisticated opensource technologies, tools, software engineering methodologies and partnerships.

You will :

• Create automation, employ open-source software, interact with API’s, and enable CI / CD to create new cloud features, harvest / visualize metrics, monitor health / performance / capacity, etc
• Partner with product and development teams to provide education and design consultation.
• Support development teams to migrate applications to Kubernetes based container platform.
• Design specifications for high availability and highly scalable applications which will be used by Dell Internal application teams.
• Assist in crafting the strategic technical and architectural direction to the programming function.
