Job Description

Summary :

Design and Implement Strategic Procurement plan

Description :

Should prepare daily, weekly reports on Plan v / s Actual RP and CMFG

Stock checking, discussion with Warehouse and Plant Managers and execution of order

Lead weekly and monthly meetings

Plan for new vendor development for RP

Work closely with accounts department on all relevant issues like payments and vendor balance etc

Ensure that the vendor auditing is complied to with ISO team

Prepration of Weekly vendor connect and purchase updates

Price Negotiation and Followup vendors for dispatched materials

Analyze the Sales forecast and prepare the RM requirement

Should be willing to travel to vendor locations
