Procurement Associate

Your Job

An IT Procurement Associate should bring experience in Procurement, Supply Chain and Customer Service skills. High attention to detail, critical thinking and excellent written and verbal communication skills are key attributes for this role.

What You Will Do

• Assist customers with questions and / or status updates related to orders, coordination of product returns, and ownership of backorder notification process.
• Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with business partners, customers, and suppliers.
• Provide backup / support for the Wichita stockroom (i.e., maintaining inventory, processing hardware returns, and handling hardware checkout).
• Shared email box management.
• Assist with software license checks and license key delivery.
• Proactively provide solutions, manage expectations and outcomes with customers and suppliers.
• Actively and consistently identify opportunities to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities.
