The Candidate will be responsible for accurately entering important company data and keeping records up to date for a Law Firm.
Qualifications
10+2 Certificate or Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
Microsoft Excel : Advanced knowledge of Excel functions, including vlookup, pivot tables, and data analysis.
Accounting practices : Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial terminology.
Computer fluency : Ability to efficiently use computer systems and software applications.
Proficiency in English Language
Responsibilities
Accurately enter and maintain company data in electronic formats.
Transcribe source data (paperwork, reports, etc.) into digital spreadsheets.
Proficiently use Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel, to manage and interpret financial data. This includes creating and maintaining spreadsheets, tallying, and using vlookup functions.
Maintain data confidentiality.
Timings and Compensation
Work hours : 9 : 30 AM to 7 : 30 PM (Monday - Saturday)
