Ideation Engineer / Technology Evangelist

Key Responsibilities

• Being part of the Ideation and Incubation team in developing target market surveys, primary and secondary data collections, using appropriate tools to capture data, cleanse and analyze it.
• Contribute to disruptive idea generation by identifying the market gaps and proposing innovative solution concepts in the Power Sector
• Explore various DES segments and markets to understand the customer pain points and define the problem statement.
• Apply Design Thinking process guidelines to develop new ideas into a solution prototype.
• Create strong differentiation for DES by developing new and disruptive ideas in the energy domain
• Identify Funds / Grants for DES to pursue and make proposals for achieving the same in the areas of new innovation.
