We are looking for Head Glass Plant for one of our reputed Glass container Manufacturing client based at Gujarat.

Job Summary

Planning and authorized to process control operations in the furnace and lehr operations.Control of process non conformance and corrective and preventive actions. Preparing of the departmental quality system documents. Competency mapping of key personnel. Lead the department as a H.O.D.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

Plant Operation

Taking care of all the work related to Furnace hot & cold repair.

Attend any emergency work related to Furnace and Batch house operations.

Helping in Regenerator cleaning, Crown cleaning, feeder repairs, stirrer and spout change and any other repairs related to Furnace.

Keep constant watch on Furnace Crown, Regenerators, Nose feeder Repair work, Spout change etc. and report to GM about any abnormalities.

Keep constant watch on the Furnace operations & Lehr operations (Lehr speed & temperature)

New project requirement list preparation, execute project of furnace batch house and lehr.

Maintain all history of furnace parameter and batch house parameter on daily basis and review periodically.

Preparation of gas consumption and energy report.

Optimization of Plant Cost Structure

Monitoring product quality and establishing process capability. T

Continuous Improvement through process development and Standardization (If Applicable)

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE :

• Graduate in Glass and Ceramic
• 25-32 Years’ experience
