Job Overview :

We are looking for a highly versatile and self-driven individual to join the Founder’s Office. This role will require you to be the right hand of the founder, taking on a wide array of responsibilities across multiple functions including sales, customer support, lead generation, platform optimization, market research, and prospecting. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and be comfortable wearing multiple hats while ensuring smooth operations and growth across various departments.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist the founder in executing key business operations across multiple areas such as sales, customer support, customer success, and lead generation.
  • Drive platform optimization by analyzing user feedback and identifying opportunities to enhance user experience.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to provide insights for business development.
  • Support in prospecting and identifying potential leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel.
  • Handle customer inquiries, providing prompt and effective solutions to ensure satisfaction and success.
  • Collaborate with different teams to implement growth strategies and contribute to scaling efforts.
  • Take ownership of diverse tasks as needed, ensuring everything runs efficiently across the company.

Skills & Qualifications :

  • 2-3 years of experience in a dynamic, multi-functional role (sales, customer support, market research, lead generation, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to different business challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to handling tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand the bigger picture and contribute strategically to the company’s growth.
  • Prior experience in a startup or founder’s office environment is a plus.
  • Nice-to-Have :

  • Experience in customer success or platform optimization.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation software.
