Job Overview :
We are looking for a highly versatile and self-driven individual to join the Founder’s Office. This role will require you to be the right hand of the founder, taking on a wide array of responsibilities across multiple functions including sales, customer support, lead generation, platform optimization, market research, and prospecting. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and be comfortable wearing multiple hats while ensuring smooth operations and growth across various departments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the founder in executing key business operations across multiple areas such as sales, customer support, customer success, and lead generation.
- Drive platform optimization by analyzing user feedback and identifying opportunities to enhance user experience.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to provide insights for business development.
- Support in prospecting and identifying potential leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel.
- Handle customer inquiries, providing prompt and effective solutions to ensure satisfaction and success.
- Collaborate with different teams to implement growth strategies and contribute to scaling efforts.
- Take ownership of diverse tasks as needed, ensuring everything runs efficiently across the company.
Skills & Qualifications :
2-3 years of experience in a dynamic, multi-functional role (sales, customer support, market research, lead generation, etc.).Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to different business challenges.Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to handling tasks.Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.Ability to understand the bigger picture and contribute strategically to the company’s growth.Prior experience in a startup or founder’s office environment is a plus.Nice-to-Have :
Experience in customer success or platform optimization.Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation software.
