Project Finance Associate

Job Responsibilities

• Proactively review, identify root cause, and resolve transactions that Peoplesoft could not fully process due some form of an incomplete or improper contract setup.
• Proactively review, identify root cause, and resolve time and labor transactions (hours) that Peoplesoft could not fully process due some form of an incomplete or improper contract setup.
• Respond to requests from PFM to re-process certain transactions were previously in an over-the- limit status or transactions that may need a form of system pricing process run due to updated contracts or change orders.
• Receive, review and upload approved transactions via Excel Custom Interface (CI) into PeopleSoft Projects module for further system processing.
• Perform various preventative reviews of system configurations
• Other duties as required
