We are looking for an experienced(3-5) - Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong background in IT software sales, specifically in web and mobile-based solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation strategies, and optimizing sales pipelines to ensure business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic outbound and inbound sales initiatives to generate qualified leads.
- Identify and target potential clients through market research and competitive analysis.
- Drive lead nurturing strategies to convert prospects into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to align business goals.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and sales data.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance sales strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in IT sales, with a focus on web and mobile, digital marketing solutions.Proven track record in sales, lead generation, and pipeline management.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize sales performance.Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
