Key Responsibilities :
- Daily Operations :
- Supervise and manage office staff, ensuring efficient workflows.
- Oversee office facilities, including safety and security.
- Maintain accurate records, including student records, faculty records, and financial records.
- Financial Management :
- Assist in budget preparation and utilization.
- Monitor financial matters and accounts.
- Manage and track departmental budgets.
- Compliance and Policy :
- Develop and implement organizational policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Staff and Student Support :
- Handle employee inquiries and assist with recruitment processes.
- Provide information and support to students, faculty, and staff.
- Coordinate with internal and external departments.
- Administrative Tasks :
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Schedule meetings and events.
- Prepare reports and presentations.
Skills and Qualifications :
