Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Manager - Finance to join our team in Mysuru India. In this role you will play a crucial part in overseeing financial operations ensuring accuracy in accounting processes and supporting strategic decision-making within our organization.

  • Plan and prepare expense account schedules as required
  • Ensure accurate reconciliation of Balance Sheet items with respective subsidiary ledgers and schedules
  • Control and review accounting processes to maintain financial integrity
  • Assist in preparing comprehensive financial reports and analyses
  • Support the Finance Manager in strategic financial planning and decision-making
  • Implement and maintain internal financial controls
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and systems
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
  • Mentor and guide junior finance team members

Qualifications :

  • MCom or MBA in Finance required
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial management or related field
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles financial reporting and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Experience in financial forecasting and budgeting
  • Knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
