Key Responsibilities :

  • Create corporate presentations, RFP responses, and client proposals with a strong narrative flow and aesthetic appeal.
  • Develop high-impact pitch materials for partnerships, new business opportunities, and internal initiatives.
  • Perform market research and competitor analysis to support proposal content and strategic narratives.
  • Standardize templates and enhance visual identity across all business communication decks.
  • Maintain a repository of reusable slides, case studies, and proposal content.
  • Assist in rehearsing and refining key presentations with CXOs and client-facing teams.

Qualifications :

  • Experience & skills :
  • MBA or equivalent degree from a Tier-1 business school (IIM A / B / C / L / K / I, ISB, XLRI, etc.).
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in consulting, business strategy, corporate development, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional PowerPoint and visual storytelling skills.
  • Strong business writing and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity, tight deadlines, and high-stakes stakeholders.
  • Aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail are non-negotiable.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
