Focus areas will be to manage Organizations’ CMDB, Hardware Asset Management & Software Asset Management

Responsible for the architecture and design of the enterprise CMDB, Hardware Asset Management & Software Asset Management technology roadmap and should be an esteemed expert in a variety of solutions.

Should be flexible with work schedule, accommodating evening hours meetings with US team and stakeholders

Should be able to work with requestors and stakeholders to performing architecting and administrations

Integration CMDB, Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management

Reporting on Solarwinds, Dynatrace and Splunk

Should act as a mentor for junior team members, share and develop knowledge and manage project delivery with available resources

Should be open to thoughts and comments from US counterpart, share work and backup each other

Should have excellent communication skills, ability to present thoughts in a crisp and clear.

• Enterprise CMDB specialist is responsible for the development and operation of tools and processes to enable proactive events and performance monitoring of critical enterprise IT services such as servers, network devices, operating systems, database engines, storage capacity, and applications across all IT service lines, for early identification and resolution of operational problems or other special conditions in a wide variety of environments.
• Accountable for provisioning real-time implementation of process for CMDB, Software Asset Management and Hardware Asset Management,
• Derive Roadmap for CMDB, Software Asset Management and Hardware Asset Management,
• Technically lead the team to achieve goals that are in line with the Organization’s vision.
• Understand and develops Process for CMDB, Software Asset Management and Hardware Asset Management
• Develops and implements global policies and procedures to ensure that CMDB, Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management systems support the organization's business requirements and meet the needs of end users.
• Automation possibilities with integration with other Tools to mature the process of CMDB, Software Asset Management and Hardware Asset Management
• Design and Integrate with analytical tools.
• Develop specifications and prototypes on CMDN, HAM & SAM
