Job descriptionBachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, etc.) or equivalent work experience Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) working with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean. Proven track record of leading successful Agile transformations within organizations Strong knowledge of Agile principles, values, and frameworks Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization Experience with Agile project management tools and software Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) are highly desirable This opportunity will be available in fulltime or parttime.
YOUR MISSION
Key Objectives
- Foster a culture of transparency and accountability by identifying and removing any roadblocks that may hinder team progress
- Promote a collaborative and high-performing team environment, encouraging team members to take ownership, solve problems, and deliver quality software solutions
- Monitor and track project metrics, such as velocity and burn-down charts, to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and project forecasting
- Serve as a change agent, driving the adoption and continuous improvement of agile methodologies and best practices across the organization
