PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Should have 5~ 8 years of experience with specific experience in Oracle Identity Management [OIM]11g R2 PS2 / PS3, 12c PS4, SOA, OHS.
- Good if have experience migration projects is desirable.
- Thorough with complete cycle of OIM implementation including installation, configuration, and Implementation.
- Integration experience of OIM with source systems – HR systems, Databases, Custom stores and different target systems – Databases, LDAP Directories, Legacy systems.
- Thorough understanding of building workflows, OIM related objects, customization to OIM user / admin screens.
- Exposure on troubleshooting WebLogic related issues.
- Experience on Implementation of SOA composites, custom workflows and approval policies.
- Knowledge on UI customization and Creation of Custom UDF forms as per the requirement.
- Experience on development of Custom connector using ICF framework, Custom event handler, Custom Scheduled task, and Custom Adapters, GTC Connector implementation and configuration.
- Experience on Identity certifications.
- Working knowledge on Database like creating queries, Views, Stored Procedures.
- Experience on Extended OOTB connectors.
- Experience on Identity and Java Connector Server
- Additnol knowledge / experience on other IAM technologies, SailPoint, Savaint, OCTA, PING
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
College degree with 5+ years of Identity Access Management experience. Will consider additional industry experience in place of a degree.Knowledge on Linux and webserverExtensive technical experience with account and access management solutions (AD provisioning, application authorization management, and identity governance).Experience with implementing new security and governance policies while balancing end-user productivity.Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job
