- Work on Apex , Visualforce , and Lightning Web Components to enhance the Salesforce platform.
- Customize Salesforce CRM to streamline sales processes and improve team productivity.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and web services .
- Perform data analysis and develop reports / dashboards in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and industry standards.
