Production Specialist

Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to provide effective technical support to the process and actively resolve client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs. Do Network Operations Experience Roles & Responsibilities : To perform Customer requested configuration changes necessary for moves, adds, changes and disconnects on each Managed Device related to the Router, Switch, and Wireless Access Point configuration. May also need to work on New requests comng from the customer. Assist in Network Device Installations / Monitor staging and installations, Site Surveys. Provide notification of any material installation impacts or issues to Company (ex. missing circuit connectivity, demarcations not extended). Qualifications : Graduate Strong knowledge of Cisco or Juniper devices experience and network knowledge in managing LAN / WAN Knowledge of telecoms, data and transport networks Min. 4 year experience in telecommunications discipline Knowledge of Network Managements Systems Knowledge of IT Systems and Applications Network skills LAN knowledge MACD or Troubleshooting Experience
