The Systems Analyst will be a part of an international team that designs, develops and delivers new applications for Koch Industries. Koch Industries is a privately held global organization with over 120,000 employees around the world, with subsidiaries involved in manufacturing, trading, and investments. Koch Global Service India (KGSI) is being developed in India to extend its IT operations, as well as act as a hub for innovation in the IT function. As KTC rapidly scales up its operations in India, it’s employees will get opportunities to carve out a career path for themselves within the organization. This role will have the opportunity to join on the ground floor and will play a critical part in helping build out the Koch Global Service India (KGSI) over the next several years. Working closely with global colleagues would provide significant international exposure to the employees.

The Enterprise data and analytics team at Georgia Pacific is focused on creating an enterprise capability around data lakes for operational and commercial data as well as helping businesses develop, deploy, manage monitor predictive and prescriptive models to create business value in the areas of manufacturing, operations, supply chain and other key areas.

What You Will Need To Bring With You :

experience & education required)

  • Implement solutions that improve the reliability and completeness of our automated data collection.
  • Maintenance and support of PI Data Historian data collection software
  • Configure data communications with manufacturing equipment leveraging industry standards like OPC communications
  • Develop user interface screens for data trending and manufacturing process graphics
  • Implement processes to move data between systems including AWS Cloud Data Lake
  • Configuration of different types of PI Interfaces and hands-on experience working with PI Connectors.
  • Should be part of on call support on rotational basis.
  • The employee will be part of rotationl shifts.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Engineering with 5+ years industry experience
  • Experience with OSI PI platform or other time-series data historian
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office – namely Excel
  • Proven ability to work directly with peers and internal customers
  • Proven ability to create and maintain clearly written technical, user, and system documentation
  • Experience in configuration of Asset hierarchy and AF Analytics
  • Good knowledge of PI tag configuration, tag database, PI Datalink report Developmsent, PI Builder, PI Interfaces & PI Connectors

  • Understanding of the Purdue model, IT / OT network segmentation, and PLC / DCS communication
  • Good knowledge on Python, SQL, AWS
  • Awareness of ISA-95 standards
  • Ability to develop application using AF SDK / PI SDK, PI web services, PI OLEDB
  • Experience with programming, scripting, and web development tools - Angular, Web API, .NET, SQL, Powershell
  • Takes part in periodic team off-hours on-call rotation
  • The employee will be part of rotationl shifts
