The ideal candidate will possess min 2 years of talent acquisition experience, exceptional communication and organizational skills, and a strategic mindset for sourcing the right talent. You will also be required to build close relationships with hiring managers across the organization to ensure a seamless recruitment process. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand role requirements and hiring timelines, providing regular updates on progress. Source potential candidates through various online channels such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Updazz, and others, ensuring an effective outreach strategy. Develop compelling job descriptions and interview questions that align with role expectations. Screen, shortlist, and refine candidates based on their suitability for the role. Plan and coordinate interview processes, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person or virtual interviews. Evaluate candidates' credentials, such as resumes, portfolios, and references. Maintain accurate records of all recruitment-related activities, including interview feedback and documentation, to ensure transparent communication with key stakeholders. Present job offers and negotiate terms with successful candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process. Work with the HR Ops team to streamline the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. Build and maintain a talent pool of high-potential candidates for future hiring needs, particularly for key roles in areas such as marketing, customer experience, and e-commerce. Enhance the employer brand by actively promoting the company through social media, events, and other networking opportunities to attract top talent. Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices within the D2C space to attract the best talent in a competitive market.
