Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Pre School Headmistress in Miraj for a full-time, mid-level position. The candidate will oversee daily operations and ensure a high standard of early childhood education. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience and possess essential skills in early childhood and preprimary education supervision.

Qualifications and Skills

• Early Childhood Education (Mandatory skill) : Proven expertise in developing and implementing curriculum strategies for young learners to foster their growth effectively.
• Preprimary Coordinator (Mandatory skill) : Experience in managing and coordinating preprimary level educational activities with emphasis on quality and innovation.
• Pre School Supervisor (Mandatory skill) : Demonstrated ability to supervise and guide teaching staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient educational environment.
