Abir Overseas LlcKanpur, Uttar Pradesh, IndiaWe are looking for a motivated and resultsoriented Sales with experience in the plastic raw materials industry to join our team. The candidate will play a key role in driving sales building client relationships and promoting our range of plastic raw materials.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate leads and identify potential clients in the plastic raw materials market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers distributors and other stakeholders.
- Promote and sell plastic raw materials such as PP HDPE LDPE and other polymers.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate product recommendations and solutions.
- Negotiate pricing terms and contracts to close sales deals.
- Keep uptodate with market trends competitor activities and industry developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Education : Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Environmental Science Chemical Engineering or a related field.
Experience : Minimum of 35 years of sales experience in the plastics industry specifically with a focus on raw materials and recycling.
Technical Proficiency : Knowledge of industryspecific software and CRM systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Industry Knowledge : Comprehensive understanding of the plastic raw materials market manufacturing processes and recycling standards.
Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities with an aptitude for building relationships with clients and partners.
Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels.
Negotiation Skills : Proven track record of successfully negotiating deals and contracts.
Leadership Qualities : Experience in leading and motivating a team with strong organizational and teambuilding skills.
Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a dynamic fastpaced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
Travel Requirement : Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients attend industry events and drive business opportunities.
