The officers primary responsibility is to assess and understand the financial needs of small to mediumsized enterprises (SMEs) and to provide suitable financing options that contribute to their growth and success. This role demands a blend of keen relationshipbuilding skills thorough knowledge of lending products and a strong commitment to customer service. The Business Loan Sales Officer is expected to remain updated with market trends advising clients accordingly fostering longstanding relationships and promoting the organization s services effectively. Ultimately this position contributes to the financial health of the community by supporting local businesses and enhancing the overall experience within the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential business clients seeking loan options.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand borrowers financial situations.
