This role demands a blend of keen relationshipbuilding skills thorough knowledge of lending products and a strong commitment to customer service. The Business Loan Sales Officer is expected to remain updated with market trends advising clients accordingly fostering longstanding relationships and promoting the organization s services effectively. Ultimately this position contributes to the financial health of the community by supporting local businesses and enhancing the overall experience within the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential business clients seeking loan options.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand borrowers financial situations.
