Crios unique platform enables developers to go through work-like Micro-Experiences that gives a taste of a real world problem with curated scenarios optimized for learning, while at the same time enabling tech orgs to discover and nurture great talent.

Role Description

As part of the Pre-Sales team, you will be doing webinars or consultative 1-1 demos for our potential learners. Your responsibility includes understanding their professional needs and seeing how Crio can help them.

Requirements

Excellent oral communication & presentation skills
Excellent conversational & convincing skills
Should be comfortable doing live webinars over platforms similar to Zoom and GMeet
Good sales intuition
Should have inclination to pick up some basic tech skills
BE-IT / CS / MCA preferred; Other degrees also welcome if your communication / presentation skills are excellent and if you are willing to pick up some basic tech
Preferred] 1+ year experience in B2B or B2C pre-sales
Preferred] Some tech exposure through degree or previous job
Ability to work in a 6 day work schedule up to 10 PM including Sat / Sun. Shift timing / days will be decided by the team.

Responsibilities

Understand Crios product deeply and counsel our potential users on how it can help achieve their career goals

Do 1-1 live session over zoom calls

Do 1-many webinar sessions over zoom calls

Follow team processes in CRM tool as appropriate
