Job Description :

CMDB management, with a focus on discovery processes for on-premises infrastructure and integration with other interfaces.

This position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize configuration management and drive automation through ServiceNow Discovery.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Hands on experience in implementing CMDB Discovery Service Mapping
Good knowledge of Networking Infrastructure and Cloud Basic understanding and ability to script automated processes
Configuration and enhancements on the ServiceNow ITOM modular platform
Develop ServiceNow ITOM configuration including CMDB Data alignment automated data population
Document every development configuration and technical details prepare training material

Certifications :

ServiceNow Administration certification

ServiceNow Discovery Implementation Specialist Certification various tracks
