Job descriptionKnowledge on basic queries with SQL / Oracle. Familiarity with Agile framework and Industry 4. Experience range 10-15 years. Domain and consulting capabilities specific to CPG manufacturing. Experience in MES implementation on any COTs tool like Apriso, Simatic IT, GE Proficy, SAP DM or ME-MII, Rockwell etc. Good understanding of CPG business processes. Good understanding of Production, Quality, Inventory and Maintenance capabilities required in CPG. Prefer Good understanding of control systems automation and its integration with MES solution. Experience of integrating Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi. Experience in translating Business requirements to functional or technical solution by mapping business processes to IT capabilities. Experience on Fit-Gap assessment for MES functionalities. Knowledge on preparing impact assessment for change management. Ability to document and do basic level troubleshooting of MES application issues. Familiarity with Agile framework and Industry 4. Good analytical skills. Should have done requirements gathering and documentation for requirement traceability matrix. Experience on functional design and design specification documentation for MES implementation.

Must to have skills :
- CPG, Process or Discrete Industry domain expert covering a diverse set of industry segments.
- Guide and manage engagements / programs by providing domain support, build and nurture partnerships with key client business stakeholders.
- Drive proactive pitches leveraging right fit domain offerings to guide client's digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience in MES implementation on any COTs tool like Apriso, Simatic IT, GE Proficy, SAP DM or ME-MII, Rockwell etc.
- Good understanding of manufacturing business processes, preferred CPG.
- Knowledge of ISA95 / MESA standards.
- Fair understanding of control systems automation.
- Fair understanding of OPC tools like Kepware.
