Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Zoho Consultant to join our team. In this client-facing role, you will act as a bridge between client needs and Zoho’s suite of solutions, playing a crucial part in the pre-sales lifecycle. Your expertise in the entire Zoho ecosystem and your ability to translate client requirements into solution blueprints will drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
Engage with prospective and existing clients to gather business requirements through meetings, calls, and workshops.
Conduct detailed discovery sessions to understand client workflows, pain points, and goals.
Map business requirements to the appropriate Zoho suite applications (CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, Projects, etc.).
Present solution demonstrations and proofs of concept tailored to specific client needs.
Design solution architectures and workflows within the Zoho ecosystem.
Collaborate with technical teams to draft Scope of Work (SOW), Bill of Materials (BoM), timelines, and project estimates.
Act as a subject matter expert for the full Zoho suite, including updates and new feature releases.
Support the sales team with technical insights and strategic input during proposal preparation.
Build and maintain a knowledge base of use cases, solution templates, and best practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience working with Zoho applications in a consulting, Solutioning, or pre-sales capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of the Zoho suite including CRM, Creator, Analytics, Books, Desk, Campaigns, People, and other apps.
- Strong experience in client-facing roles with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient Zoho-based solutions.
- Experience in creating documentation including process flows, technical proposals, and BoMs.
- Familiarity with API integrations, custom functions (Deluge), and Zoho’s automation capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (sales, implementation, support).
- Zoho certifications (Zoho CRM Certified Consultant, etc.)
- Experience in SaaS or IT services environments.
- Knowledge of ERP / business process automation is a plus
