Position : Team Leader-Account Receivables

Location : Mohali

Description :

We seek an experienced, Team Leader to join our team at AVASO. As a senior executive Accounts The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge and expertise in Accounts Receivables.

Job Description / KRA :

Team Leadership & Management :

Lead and motivate the AR team to achieve departmental goals.
Assign, monitor, and delegate work effectively.
Provide regular feedback, coaching, and training.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment .

AR Process Management :

Oversee the entire AR cycle (invoicing, collections, overdue).

Ensure timely and accurate billing.

Resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.

Implement effective collection strategies.

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Financial Reporting & Analysis :

Prepare and analyze AR reports (aging, cash flow, forecasts).

Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure timely closure.

Monitor KPIs and identify areas for improvement.

Provide accurate and timely financial information to management.

Process Improvement & Innovation :

Continuously identify and implement process improvements.

Leverage technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Develop and implement best practices.

Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.

Customer Relationship Management :

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Compliance & Risk Management :

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and taxes.

Identify and mitigate risks associated with AR activities.

System Utilization :

Effectively utilize AR systems (SAP, ZOHO, Xero) to improve efficiency.

Monthly Closing & Reconciliations :

Ensure accurate and timely monthly closing and reconciliations.

Skills Required :

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

Experience with Accounting Software (XERO, Zoho, SAP)

Clear accounting skills and concepts

Effective Communication & Team management

Accuracy and Precision

Experience in Accounts receivable role.

Experienced in the IT industry.

Ability for Decision Making and Quick Issue Resolution.
