Job Summary : The Assistant Bartender supports the lead bartender in the daily operations of the bar. Responsibilities include assisting in preparing drinks, ensuring the bar is well-stocked and clean, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Service :

Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take drink orders and accurately prepare beverages as instructed by the lead bartender.
• Ensure that guests receive their drinks promptly and to their specifications.
• Assist customers with menu selections, making recommendations when necessary.

Bar Preparation :

Set up the bar area at the start of each shift, ensuring all supplies (liquor, garnishes, glassware, and tools) are stocked and ready.

Support Bartender :

Assist the bartender in preparing drinks and cocktails based on the recipes and instructions provided.
