Pallet offers technology solutions that help retail businesses optimize their operations and drive growth. Our comprehensive retail operating system includes features such as inventory management, logistics management, financial accounting, marketing, and AI-powered computer vision. We cater to Small and medium Businesses, HoReCa, Pharmacies, and Enterprises, providing tailor-made offerings to meet their unique requirements. Our headquarters are located in Bangalore.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets for billing software within the

B2B sector .

  • Identify and prospect potential clients, including retailers, restaurants, and other businesses requiring billing solutions.
  • Travel as necessary to meet with clients in person, conduct product demonstrations, and finalize sales agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
  • Build a pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects
  • Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, including training sessions and troubleshooting, to ensure optimal utilization of the software.
  • Utilize CRM and LeadSquared platforms effectively to manage leads, track interactions, and prioritize sales activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating excellent communication skills and rapport-building abilities.
  • Demonstrate consistency in sales performance, meeting or exceeding targets regularly.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Pallet Software's products and services, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or masters with proven track record of 2-3 years in
  • B2B sales , preferably in the software or technology industry.

  • Should be proficient in
  • Tamil   and

    English

  • Experience in selling billing software is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in lead generation techniques and market research, with a keen eye for identifying potential clients and opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, particularly Lead Squared, for lead management and tracking.
  • Openness to receiving training and coaching to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Strong rapport-building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Good to have experience in both
  • inside   and

    outside sales .
