Job description :
The financial advisor assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the financial advisors. The primary focus is to provide outstanding customer service and client support by ensuring that the proper paperwork required for opening, transferring and managing assets is prepared, entered and expedited correctly and efficiently in our various systems. Additionally, the financial advisor assistant will assist in answering in-bound calls, preparing new account and service paperwork, managing multiple computer systems, providing customer service both in person and over the phone, facilitating and resolving client service requests, scheduling client meetings, generating and mailing correspondence, and completing other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of administrative experience.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent people and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and consistently uses good judgment.
