Job Description :
The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our UX / UI professional development programs to mid to large corporates. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by promoting the value of our specialized training programs, guiding potential clients through the sales process, and building strong, lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute an outreach strategy including channel mix targeting mid to large corporates for lead generation.
- Develop and execute marketing communication strategy.
- Develop and execute lead nurturing strategy.
- Develop pitching strategy over outbound calls, emails, social media, resellers, etc.
- Develop and deliver effective sales pitches.
- Lead sales presentations and demonstrations to highlight the benefits of our UX / UI training solution.
- Offer tailored solutions to solve client-specific challenges and align with their long-term learning objectives.
- Develop and deliver bespoke proposals based on clients needs and requirements.
- Utilize tools like Zoho CRM software to maintain an organized pipeline.
- Develop and execute lead follow-up strategy.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts, handling objections and pushing through any barriers that arise to secure the deal.
- Close contracts and win projects for our client.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- Take full ownership of the sales cycle from initial contact through to close, ensuring smooth handoffs with other teams, such as onboarding and customer support.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients to facilitate renewals and referrals.
- Stay informed on the latest trends in UX / UI design and the skilling industry to enhance your knowledge and sales pitch.
