The brand also offers an extensive range of diamond jewellery, including earrings, pendants, and bracelets. With a strong online presence and consistent revenue growth, ORNAZ serves a wide base of customers across India, delivering quality craftsmanship and personalized experiences.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Associate to drive sales, foster customer relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. The role involves managing the sales process from initial inquiry to post-delivery support, ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will play a key part in achieving sales targets and strengthening ORNAZ’s reputation for exceptional service and quality.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Sales & Revenue Generation :

  • Drive sales by effectively engaging with potential clients and understanding their needs.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic outreach and follow-ups.
  • Upsell and cross-sell diamond jewellery products to maximize revenue opportunities.

2. Customer Relationship Management :

  • Manage the entire customer journey, from initial inquiry, order placement, and customization to delivery and post-sales follow-up.
  • Provide personalized assistance and maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer queries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a smooth buying experience.
  • 3. Order Fulfillment Coordination :

  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, and logistics) to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Keep customers informed on the status of their orders and address any delays or concerns.
  • 4. Post-Sales Engagement :

  • Follow up with customers post-delivery to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
  • Foster long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Handle after-sales support, including product care guidance and issue resolution.
  • 5. Lead Management & Follow-Up :

  • Maintain an organized database of leads and clients using CRM tools.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to convert leads into sales and nurture relationships for future opportunities.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Passion for luxury products and an understanding of the jewellery industry is a plus.
