Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ensuring optimal ROAS Develop and execute outbound marketing campaigns targeting potential SaaS Leverage outreach, cold email campaigns, and personalized Collaborate with sales teams to align lead generation efforts with revenue goals. Manage HubSpot workflows, email automation, and lead nurturing campaigns. Optimize lead scoring models to ensure efficient handover to sales. Monitor and improve marketing funnel conversion rates. Monitor key performance metrics (CPC, CPL, CAC, LTV) and optimize campaigns Generate actionable insights from campaign data to improve targeting and Stay updated on industry trends and implement new growth strategies. 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, or Hands-on expertise in Ads , Google Ads , and outbound lead generation . Strong proficiency in HubSpot for marketing automation and CRM . Our client is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist with SaaS experience to drive
lead generation, optimize campaigns, and scale growth across multiple digital channels. The
ideal candidate is a generalist performance marketer with hands-on expertise in
Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, and outbound lead generation strategies. You will play a
crucial role in building and executing high-impact marketing campaigns to attract and convert
