Senior X++ Functional Specialist

Contract : 1 year

Shift : afternoon shift, this role requires an overlap with US CST time zone.

Work Mode : REMOTE

• Configure and optimize D365 modules for Financial Operations and Reporting : Order Management and Processing; item and Product Management : Procurement and Vendor Management
• Develop comprehensive functional specifications and design documents for customizations, integrations, and reports, ensuring thorough coverage of boundary conditions and test scenario
• Perform quality assurance reviews of design documents, data mapping specifications, and integration mappings created by team
• members Serve as the primary functional expert for business users, providing training, troubleshooting support, and best practice guidance
• Maintain deep knowledge of D365 Supply Chain Management capabilities and upcoming features
• Research and evaluate new D385 features and functionalities for potential business value
• Document and maintain standard operating procedures and configuration guides
