Experience in configuration testing, system integration testing, regression testing, and User acceptance testing. Good understanding of methodologies like Agile / Scrum. At Mareana, we build Enterprise-Scale AI / ML-powered products for Manufacturing, Sustainability and Supply Chain.
We are looking for an Implementation Consultants to help us implement and configure the standard product our esteem customers.
By joining our team, you will take part in various projects, involves working with clients to successfully implement and integrate a Mareana's products, software, or systems into their existing infrastructure or Mareana cloud.
What You'll Do :
- You will take ownership of software implementation through exploratory and automated tests.
- You will hunt bugs, identify issues, report them, and see that they are dealt with.
- There are no shortcuts to achieving greatness : It is a lot of work.
- But once you are at the top, you will enjoy the view.
- Work in a cross-functional team of experts delivering value to customers by meeting the business and regulatory requirements for solutions in Life Sciences industry.
- Analyze client requirements and configure the product or system accordingly.
- Customize the solution to meet specific client needs, including data migration, integration with existing systems, and development of new functionalities if required.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on the effective use of the product or system.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to address any issues or questions that arise during the implementation process.
- Create detailed documentation, including project plans, requirement specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Prepare regular progress reports and communicate project status, milestones, and risks to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to the product or system being implemented.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for product enhancements and process improvements based on client feedback and implementation experiences.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and maintaining regular communication to ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs and the company's product portfolio.
- Constant learning and collaborating with the team to develop best practices on product configuration.
