Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Graphics and Motion Designer to create visual content for educational courses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality graphics that enhance the learning experience, including but not limited to infographics, labelled diagrams, flowcharts, and other educational visuals.

Work Setup : Remote                                                                                                                                                           Working days and time : Monday to Friday, from 3 PM to 12 AM IST

Job Description :

1. As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with an Instructional Designer (ID) to create a course.

2. Your responsibilities will include creating, generating, and manipulating 2D and 3D graphic assets based on the content and graphic specifications provided by the IDs. You will explain technical concepts or ideas through simple and effective animations.

3. We use Articulate Storyline 360 as our authoring tool for assembling and animating the course. You will have ample time to familiarize yourself with the tool.

4. You will be responsible for producing high-quality graphic assets and developing innovative ways to convey concepts within the given deadlines.

5. Create visually appealing and accurate infographics to simplify complex information.

6. Design labelled diagrams that clearly convey technical or educational concepts.

7. Develop flowcharts, graphs, and other visual aids that align with the course content.

8. Create 2D motion graphics or animations to explain a concept when necessary.

10. Create 3D models and concept based animations.

11. Ensure consistency in style and branding across all graphics.

12. Participate in research on new technologies and updates as needed.

Experience / Qualification :

1.      Two or more years of experience working with an Elearning company developing graphics, animations and videos for learners from Grades 5 to 12 and above.

2.      Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, Fine / Applied art, or related discipline

3.      Proficiency in Adobe Suite software, Blender, Maya, and Articulate Storyline 360.

4.      A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in creating educational or technical graphics.

5.      Attention to detail and the ability to accurately represent information visually.

6.      Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

7.      Ability to follow guidelines and adhere to brand standards.
