Sales Development Representative (Remote | USD Salary)

You’re someone who can identify key decision-makers, spark meaningful conversations, and warm up cold leads with confidence. Whether it's through outbound outreach or handling inbound interest, you know how to open doors and set the stage for successful sales.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive top-of-funnel lead generation through cold calls, personalized emails, and outreach
  • Qualify leads and book high-quality meetings for our Account Executives
  • Research target industries and companies to identify decision-makers
  • Build relationships with prospects through timely, thoughtful follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM and keep the sales pipeline updated
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and share market feedback

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or B2B prospecting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong objection-handling skills and the ability to engage decision-makers
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a remote setup
  • Bonus Points If You

  • Have experience in EdTech or SaaS
  • Have worked with global or remote-first teams
  • Can share examples of creative outreach you've done before
