We are looking for a skilled and reliable

Accountant

to handle the day-to-day financial operations of our

pharma retail and wholesale business

based in

Panjagutta, Hyderabad . The ideal candidate will have at least

3 years of experience

in the

retail and wholesale industry , with a solid grasp of financial accounting, GST compliance, and daily transaction management. Key Responsibilities :

Daily Accounting Operations Manage and record daily sales, purchases, expenses, cash, and banking transactions. Maintain day books, ledgers, and other financial records accurately. Track accounts receivable / payable and follow up on outstanding invoices. Bank & Payment Reconciliation Manage cash flow and reconcile daily bank deposits and withdrawals. Ensure timely payment to vendors and proper documentation of all transactions. Taxation & Compliance Prepare and file

GST returns

GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and maintain compliance. Handle

calculations and returns as applicable. Ensure compliance with statutory obligations related to retail and wholesale operations. Reporting & Financial Support Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review. Support budget planning and cost control initiatives. Software Proficiency Proficient in

Tally ERP ,

Marg , or other retail accounting tools. Strong skills in

MS Excel

for report generation and data reconciliation. Candidate Requirements :

Educational Qualification :

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent in Accounting or Finance. Experience :

Minimum 3 years of experience in

retail and wholesale accounting

pharma experience preferred). Strong understanding of GST, billing processes, and day-to-day financial operations. High attention to detail, accountability, and organizational skills. Work Timings :

Monday to Saturday :
