Expectation

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Growth Manager / Deputy Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth initiatives and contribute to the company's success.

• Growth Strategy Development : Develop and implement growth strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
• UI / UX : Improvement of user journeys to optimize conversion & revenue
• Campaigns : Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, social media, email, and more.
• Data Analysis : Use data analytics to track and measure campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Market Research : Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Customer Segmentation : Develop and manage customer segmentation strategies to personalize marketing efforts and improve targeting.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and customer service to ensure alignment and drive growth initiatives.
• Budget Management : Manage and optimize the growth marketing budget to maximize ROI.
• Reporting : Provide regular reports and insights on growth metrics, campaign performance, and overall marketing effectiveness.
• Analytical Mindset : Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions.
• Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships
