We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused GSA Front Office professional to join our team in Mumbai, India. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out.
- Greet guests warmly and provide a seamless check-in and check-out process
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries and requests
- Handle guest accounts and process payments accurately
- Promote hotel facilities and services, identifying opportunities for upselling
- Maintain high standards of customer service at the front desk
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Manage day-to-day front office operations
- Address and resolve guest concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure the lobby and front desk areas are clean and presentable at all times
- Stay informed about local attractions and events to assist guests with recommendations
Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailProficiency in multi-tasking and working efficiently in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated customer service orientation and ability to exceed guest expectationsFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysTeam player with a positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyondBasic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software (knowledge of Opera PMS is a plus)Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with luggage if neededFluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
