Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused GSA Front Office professional to join our team in Mumbai, India. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out.
Greet guests warmly and provide a seamless check-in and check-out processRespond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries and requestsHandle guest accounts and process payments accuratelyPromote hotel facilities and services, identifying opportunities for upsellingMaintain high standards of customer service at the front deskCollaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfactionManage day-to-day front office operationsAddress and resolve guest concerns in a professional and timely mannerEnsure the lobby and front desk areas are clean and presentable at all timesStay informed about local attractions and events to assist guests with recommendationsQualifications
Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailProficiency in multi-tasking and working efficiently in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated customer service orientation and ability to exceed guest expectationsFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysTeam player with a positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyondBasic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software (knowledge of Opera PMS is a plus)Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with luggage if neededFluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
