What does this role hold for you

We're looking for a passionate and data-savvy YouTube Strategist to take our YouTube presence to the next level. In this role, you'll lead the strategy, growth, and performance optimization of our YouTube channels. From audience insights to content planning, SEO, community building, and analytics-you'll be at the center of our video-led content ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Growth Strategy : Own and evolve the growth roadmap for the YouTube channel(s), aligned to brand goals.

Content Planning : Work with content creators and producers to ideate and plan a robust video calendar that drives engagement, reach, and subscriber growth.

SEO & Discovery : Optimize titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and playlists for maximum discoverability and watch time.

Analytics & Insights : Deep-dive into YouTube Analytics and other tools to measure performance, track KPIs, and drive data-informed decisions.

Trend Spotting : Stay on top of YouTube and cultural trends to fuel fresh, relevant content ideas.

Collaboration : Partner with marketing, social, and performance teams to amplify video content and drive distribution.

Apply if you have :

Passion for storytelling, pop culture, and audience-first content creation.

Proven track record of managing and growing YouTube channels (brand, media, or creator-led).

Strong grasp of YouTube SEO, analytics, algorithm behavior, and content optimization.

Experience in planning video formats and storytelling frameworks native to YouTube.

Analytical mindset with creative chops : ability to back intuition with insights.

Nice to Have

Experience working with creators or influencer-led formats.

Background in content marketing, journalism, or digital media.

Strong understanding of other platforms (Instagram, Shorts, Reels, etc.) and how YouTube fits in

the larger content ecosystem.
