Are you a highly skilled and resilient Ads Manager with a proven track record in driving results for offline businesses? Do you thrive in fast-paced, high-stress environments and possess an exceptional understanding of Instagram and YouTube advertising? If so, we want you to join our dynamic marketing team!

We're a multi-brand retail store looking for a dedicated Ads Manager to spearhead our digital advertising efforts on Instagram and YouTube. While our business is offline, we leverage data and indicators to optimize our campaigns effectively, providing far more insights than traditional advertising channels.

What You'll Do :

  • Strategize & Execute : Develop, implement, and manage highly effective advertising campaigns on Instagram and YouTube, specifically tailored for an offline retail environment.
  • Performance Monitoring : Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize ads to maximize reach, engagement, and in-store footfall.
  • Creative Collaboration : Collaborate closely with video editors to ensure media assets are aligned with campaign objectives and platform best practices.
  • Content Creation : Create engaging static ad creatives using Canva to support various campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting : Interpret campaign data, generate insightful reports, and provide actionable recommendations to the marketing lead.
  • Research Support : Assist the marketing lead with research for content development, identifying trends and opportunities to enhance our messaging.
  • Cross-Functional Communication : Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external partners.

What We're Looking For :

  • Expertise in Instagram & YouTube Ads : Demonstrable hands-on experience managing successful ad campaigns on both platforms, ideally within a retail or offline business context.
  • Autonomy & Accountability : The ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and take full ownership of your projects and deliverables. We offer significant autonomy, but with that comes the expectation of consistent results.
  • Data-Driven Mindset : Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed optimization decisions.
  • Communication Prowess : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate strategies and results clearly and concisely.
  • Creative Aptitude : Proficiency in using Canva for creating compelling static visual content.
  • Collaborative Spirit : Experience working effectively with video editors and other creative professionals.
  • High-Stress Adaptability : Proven ability to remain organized, focused, and effective in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. You don't just survive; you thrive under pressure.
  • Results-Oriented : A strong drive to achieve and exceed campaign goals, constantly seeking ways to improve performance.
  • Organizational Skills : Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
