Nidhi Decor is looking for a motivated and customer-focused

• Chat Support Executive
• to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing live chats with customers, providing detailed information about our products (including wallpapers, furniture, and home interior services), and effectively converting leads into sales through professional communication.
• Key Responsibilities :
• Handle incoming customer chats in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about our products and services
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Convert leads into confirmed sales through persuasive and clear communication
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up where necessary
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure excellent customer service
• Requirements :
• Good written communication skills in English and Hindi
• Basic knowledge of home decor or interest in interior design (preferred)
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Prior experience in chat support or sales is a plus
• Familiarity with computers, chat software, and typing speed
• Benefits :
• Fixed monthly salary : ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (based on experience)
• Performance-based incentives up to ₹33,000 / month
